So you are starting the 24 Day Challenge and there are a few things necessary to arm yourselves for a success during the next 24 days.   AdvoCare has made this process simple and with the additional tips you will find here and the supporting documents attached below you will find this program fun and packed with results!

 You will want to spend some time in the grocery store and in the kitchen planning and preparing the foods you will want to surround yourselves with for the next week or so at a time.  If you spend some quality mental time here planning around the obstacles you already know are coming (kids, time constraints, travels, hot weather...) you will find these obstacles are actually opportunities to make dramatic improvements in your day to day energy and mental clarity.  This program does not have the expectation that you will follow the plan 100%.  I feel that is an unrealistic expectation that will keep some folks from doing the program due to fear of failure.  I suggest you plan for a 90/10 rule.  90% of the time, you are spot on committed and 10% of the time is your buffer zone to allow for life to take you away from your plan only to return to another well planned day.
